How It Works

Purchase a program.
When you are ready to begin your fitness journey with us, select the program you want and proceed to checkout.
Fill out the form.
Once you have checked out, proceed to the fitness form, located under the section Forms, and fill out the necessary information. This form allows us to customize a workout plan specifically for you. The more detailed the information, the better we can serve you. When completed, don’t forget to click the submit button. Upon submission, a trainer will complete the your program within 72 hours and send it to you.
Book a meeting.
After filling out the fitness form, go to Book a Meeting and schedule your first meeting with your trainer.
Have your first meeting.
During your initial meeting, the trainer will take you through your program and answer any questions you may have.
Nutrition Package
Coupling nutrition with fitness is a necessity in staying healthy and optimizing your fitness results. Our nutrition coaching comes with a general informational nutrition packet and gives you 1-on-1 sessions throughout the program duration.
