Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may choose to obtain a partial refund. Please see below for more information on your return policy.

The following items ARE NOT refundable:

• Starter - 4 Week Fitness Program

• Basic Nutrition Coaching - 12 Weeks

The following items ARE refundable:

• Any other fitness program that is not the Starter - 4 Week Fitness Program.

Refunds:

Each fitness program returned is entitled to a refund equal to 50% of the remaining portion of the program, until half of the initial term is completed. For example, if you pay for a 1 year program and wish to terminate your participation after 3 months, your refund will be 50% times 3/4 of the cost of the program. Once half of the initial term is completed, the program can no longer be returned.

After receiving notification of your return, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the return date of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
